Relish In The Process

Like so many of us right now, I am shifting out of an old paradigm and stepping forward into a new one. It means leaving a lot behind. Or, the old has morphed into something somewhat familiar, and yet so different. Loss and grief are common themes with my clients right now. A territory I know well, although I guess my experiences have prepped me in helping others navigate what feels like one big wave after another hitting you without ever having a chance to catch your breath. That's how someone I know described it.

However, after my life seemed to have been put on pause while the old fell away, I finally have something new! A breath of fresh air! Something which the aspects of I know well, but is completely new at the same time. It's exciting. There's a learning curve for sure, but I am eager to take on the task. James knows all about it, so he spoke on it for this week's wisdom share. Imagine James is speaking to you:

"One step at a time. When we start something new we can go slow. Relish in the process. And, it's okay to backtrack and start over so we can get it right. We can't get it wrong anyway. It is all just experiences we can pocket, making us all the wiser. Be patient with yourself. You're ready. You have been prepared well." -James
